मध्यप्रदेश में पिछले 1 साल के अंदर 32 हजार से ज्यादा कर्मचारी रिटायर हो चुके हैं। जबकि 2026 की पहली तिमाही में रिटायर होने वाले कर्मचारियों की संख्या 28 हजार से ज्यादा है। ऐसे में विभागों के अंदर काम करने वाले लोगों की भारी कमी है।
