छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार कर्मचारी चयन मंडल बनाने की तैयारी कर रही है, .. जो केंद्र के कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की तर्ज पर काम करेगा।... और इसी के लिए प्रस्ताव सरकार के पास भेज दिया गया है...सूत्र बताते हैं कि अगर इसे मंजूरी मिल जाती है तो Future में समान योग्यता वाले पदों के लिए अलग-अलग विभागों की परीक्षाएं आयोजित नहीं करनी पड़ेंगी... बताया जा रहा है कि राज्य में बनने वाला यह मंडल अलग-अलग विभागों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया को एक मंच पर लाने का काम करेगा।.

The Chhattisgarh government is preparing to form a Staff Selection Board, which will work on the lines of the Central Staff Selection Commission. A proposal for this has been sent to the government. Sources say that if it is approved, then in future, examinations of different departments will not have to be conducted for posts requiring similar qualifications. It is being said that this board to be formed in the state will work to bring the recruitment process of different departments on one platform.
