राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने शुक्रवार को सेना और अन्य सुरक्षाबलों के 10 जवानों को उनके शौर्य के लिए कीर्ति चक्र से सम्मानित किया. इस दौरान कैप्टन अंशुमान सिंह को भी मरणोपरांत कीर्ति चक्र से सम्मानित किया गया। कैप्टन अंशुमान सिंह की पत्नी स्मृति ने ये सम्मान स्वीकार किया। इस दौरान वो बेहद भावुक थीं, लेकिन बड़ी हिम्मत के साथ आंसुओं के सैलाब को किसी तरह रोके रहीं.
