छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट ने स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के तहत काम करने वाले दो संविदाकर्मियों को नियमित करने का फैसला सुनाया है। दरअसल याचिकाकर्ताओं का आरोप है कि उनकी भर्ती नियमित पदों पर हुई थी, लेकिन उन्हें संविदा के तौर पर रखा गया।
