किसी भी जिले में तैनात कलेक्टर या एसपी को एक झटके में हटा देना क्या मजाक लगता है. लापरवाह या असंवेदनशील अफसरों पर कार्रवाई करना क्या महज सरकार का दिखावा है. मध्यप्रदेश में अफसरशाही का आलम ये है कि जब तक सीएम खुद दखल नहीं देते कोई काम होने की गारंटी ही नहीं मिल पा रही है. सवा दो साल में सीएम मोहन यादव को एक दो बार नहीं 18 अफसरों पर फास्ट एंड फ्यूरियस एक्शन लेना पड़ा है. और, जब ऐसा होता है तब विपक्ष को भी इन कार्रवाइयों पर निशाना कसने का मौका मिल जाता है.
