🔴News Strike: गौतम टेटवाल की जाति पर बवाल, पहले भी उठे कई सवाल, किस नियम के तहत होती है कार्रवाई ?

बीजेपी विधायक गौतम टेटवाल को क्या अपनी विधायकी से हाथ धोना पड़ सकता है. असल में विधायक महोदय फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र लगाकर चुनाव लड़ने के मामले में सुर्खियों में हैं. इस वजह से उनकी सत्ता पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं. आरोप सही निकले तो विधायकी तो जाएगी ही राज्य मंत्री पद से भी हाथ धो बैठेंगे. लेकिन क्या वाकई ऐसे मामलों में गंभीरता से कार्रवाई होती है और सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष इसे बहुत संजीदगी से लेकर कार्रवाई करता है. एक पुराने केस के जरिए इस पूरे मामले को समझाता हूं और ये भी बात करते हैं कि फर्जी दस्तावेज लगाकर चुनाव लड़ने पर क्या कार्रवाई होती है.
