मध्यप्रदेश में प्रमोशन में आरक्षण का मामला हाईकोर्ट में है। हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले को हर्ड एंड रिजर्व रखा है। लेकिन 90 दिन बाद भी कोर्ट ने इस मामले पर फैसला नहीं दिया है। जबकि दूसरी तरफ 831 हर्ड एंड रिजर्व मामलों पर कोर्ट फैसला दे चुका है। ऐसे में सवाल उठ रहे हैं कि आखिर ये मामला पेंडिंग क्यों है ?
