मध्य प्रदेश की विजयपुर सीट से कांग्रेस विधायक मुकेश मल्होत्रा को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है।.. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फिलहाल के लिए ग्वालियर हाईकोर्ट बेंच के उस फैसले पर फिलहाल स्टे लगा दिया है.... जिसमें मुकेश मल्होत्रा की विधायकी खत्म की गई थी।... हालांकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दो शर्तों के साथ मल्होत्रा को राहत दी है,... पहली शर्त कि मुकेश मल्होत्रा राज्यसभा चुनाव में वोट नहीं डाल पाएंगे और दूसरी ये कि, कोर्ट का अंतिम आदेश आने तक उन्हें सैलरी भी नहीं मिलेगी

Congress MLA Mukesh Malhotra, representing the Vijaypur constituency in Madhya Pradesh, has received significant relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has, for the time being, stayed the order issued by the Gwalior Bench of the High Court, which had set aside Mukesh Malhotra's membership of the Legislative Assembly. However, the Supreme Court has granted this relief to Malhotra subject to two conditions: first, that Mukesh Malhotra shall not be eligible to cast a vote in the Rajya Sabha elections; and second, that he shall not receive his salary until the Court issues its final order.
