दरअसल, सिंधिया शिवपुरी जिले के लुकवासा में जनसुनवाई के लिए पहुंचे थे। वे लोगों से लिए गए आवेदन जमा रहे थे, जबकि पास में कलेक्टर अर्पित वर्मा थैला लेकर खड़े थे, जिसमें आवेदन रखे जा रहे थे इसी दौरान कलेक्टर ने माइक संभाला और कहा- कोई आवेदक रह गया हो तो तत्काल महाराज साहब को अपना आवेदन दे दें। बस, फिर क्या था- कलेक्टर साहब का यह अंदाज सुर्खियां बटोर गया। अब लोग अपने-अपने नजरिये से इस पर तरह-तरह की प्रतिक्रियाएं दे रहे हैं।
