राजस्थान की जिला परिषदों में 2013 लिपिक भर्ती के तहत हुई नियुक्तियों में बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है। पंचायती राज विभाग में स्वीकृत पदों से 330 लिपिक ज्यादा भर्ती कर लिए गए। कैडर रिव्यू के बाद भी हुई इस अतिरिक्त भर्ती से राज्य सरकार के खजाने पर हर साल करीब 15 करोड़ रुपए के वेतन-भत्तों का अतिरिक्त भार पड़ रहा है।

Serious negligence has come to light regarding the appointments made under the 2013 clerk recruitment drive in Rajasthan's Zila Parishads. The Panchayati Raj Department recruited 330 clerks in excess of the sanctioned posts. This recruitment—carried out even after a cadre review—is imposing an additional annual burden of approximately ₹15 crore on the state exchequer for salaries and allowances.
