छत्तीसगढ़ में भर्ती परीक्षाओं में होने वाली गड़बड़ियों और पेपर लीक जैसी घटनाओं पर रोक लगाने के लिए राज्य सरकार अब कड़ा कानून लाने की तैयारी में है। विष्णु देव साय सरकार जल्द ही विधानसभा के बजट सत्र में छत्तीसगढ़ (लोक भर्ती एवं व्यावसायिक परीक्षाओं में अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम) विधेयक-2026 पेश करेगी। इस कानून का उद्देश्य प्रदेश में भर्ती परीक्षाओं को पूरी तरह पारदर्शी और निष्पक्ष बनाना है, ताकि युवाओं का भरोसा भर्ती प्रक्रिया पर बना रहे।
To curb irregularities and incidents such as paper leaks in recruitment examinations in Chhattisgarh, the State Government is now preparing to introduce a stringent law. The Vishnu Deo Sai government will soon introduce the Chhattisgarh (Prevention of Unfair Means in Public Recruitment and Professional Examinations) Bill, 2026, during the Budget Session of the Legislative Assembly. The objective of this legislation is to render recruitment examinations in the state completely transparent and impartial, thereby ensuring that the youth retain their trust in the recruitment process.
