छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट शिक्षक भर्ती पर बोला- प्रक्रिया गलत, नई मेरिट लिस्ट बनाने के आदेश
छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट के जस्टिस राकेश मोहन पांडेय ने शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में गड़बड़ी पर सख्त टिप्पणी की है। उन्होंने कहा कि, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC) के लिए आरक्षित पदों पर तय सीमा से ज्यादा दिव्यांग उम्मीदवारों को केवल उनकी योग्यता के आधार पर नियुक्ति देना कानूनन गलत है।
Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey of the Chhattisgarh High Court has made strong observations regarding irregularities in the teacher recruitment process. He stated that appointing differently-abled candidates—solely on the basis of their merit—to positions reserved for Other Backward Classes (OBC) in excess of the prescribed limit is legally incorrect.
