सरकार ने पेट्रोल-डीजल पर एक्साइज ड्यूटी घटाई, पेट्रोल-डीजल पर ₹10 की कटौती, फिलहाल नहीं बढ़ेंगे दाम

अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच बढ़ते तनाव के कारण देश में पेट्रोल-डीजल के दाम बढ़ने की आशंका है ..इसी के मद्देनजर भारत सरकार ने तेल कंपनियों और आम जनता को राहत देते हुए पेट्रोल और डीजल पर लगने वाली एक्साइज ड्यूटी में कटौती की है।... न्यूज एजेंसी के मुताबिक पेट्रोल पर एक्साइज ड्यूटी 13 रुपए प्रति लीटर थी, जिसे अब 10 रुपए घटाकर 3 रुपए कर दिया गया है।..वहीं, डीजल पर यह ड्यूटी 10 रुपए प्रति लीटर थी, जिसे अब पूरी तरह खत्म यानी जीरो कर दिया गया है।

Due to escalating tensions between the United States and Iran, there are apprehensions that the prices of petrol and diesel within the country may rise. In light of this, the Government of India has reduced the excise duty levied on petrol and diesel, thereby providing relief to both oil companies and the general public. According to a news agency, the excise duty on petrol, which previously stood at ₹13 per liter, has now been reduced by ₹10 to ₹3 per liter. Meanwhile, the duty on diesel—which was ₹10 per liter—has now been completely abolished, effectively bringing it down to zero.
