इंदौर नगर निगम के बजट सत्र के दौरान कांग्रेस पार्षद फौजिया ने वंदे मातरम कहने का विरोध किया। इसके बाद सदन में जमकर हंगामा हुआ। फौजिया ने इस दौरान संविधान का जिक्र किया, लेकिन सवाल पूछने पर संविधान के अनुच्छेद को नहीं बता सकीं।
