छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट ने एक मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि अगर किसी निलंबित कर्मचारी के मामले में 90 दिनों के अंदर चार्जशीट नहीं दी जाती, तो उसका सस्पेंशन अपने आप खत्म माना जाएगा।
