इंदौर हाईकोर्ट ने सरकारी नौकरी में आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड को लेकर बड़ा फैसला दिया है। मामला बीएसएफ में नौकरी पाने वाले कांस्टेबल राहुल जाट का है। जाट ने खुद अपना आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड बताया था जिसके बाद उसे नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया था। आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड वालों को सरकारी नौकरी से बाहर रखने के मामले में इंदौर हाईकोर्ट ने अहम फैसला दिया है।
