In Ranchi, Jharkhand, thousands of students have gathered near the Legislative Assembly to protest against alleged irregularities in the JPSC-JSSC examinations. A sit-in protest was initiated, following which the police resorted to a lathi-charge. Students responded by throwing water bottles and slippers.
