12 हजार से ज्यादा कर्मचारी APO, वित्त विभाग ने जारी की नई गाइडलाइन !

राजस्थान की ब्यूरोक्रेसी का एक अजीब विरोधाभास सामने आया है। एक तरफ सरकार के पास इतने काम हैं कि हर तबादला सूची में 10 से 25 अफसरों को अतिरिक्त चार्ज देना पड़ रहा है। दूसरी तरफ 8 IAS सहित 35 अफसर और 12 हजार से अधिक सामान्य कर्मचारी, शिक्षक और मेडिकल स्टाफ APO यानी बिना काम के बैठे हैं।

A peculiar paradox has emerged within Rajasthan's bureaucracy. On one hand, the government has such a heavy workload that 10 to 25 officers have to be assigned additional charges in every transfer list. On the other hand, 35 officers—including eight IAS officers—along with over 12,000 general staff members, teachers, and medical personnel, are currently APO (Awaiting Posting Orders), meaning they are sitting idle without any assigned duties.
