भोपाल में 3 लाख कारतूसों का रिकॉर्ड नहीं मिल रहा है। अब कलेक्टर कह रहे हैं कि पहले खिलाड़ी पुराना रिकॉर्ड देंगे तभी उन्हें नए कारतूस दिए जाएंगे। आंशका जताई जा रही है कि कारतूस का इस्तेमाल गैरकानूनी कामों में हो सकता है।
