मध्य प्रदेश High Court की ग्वालियर Bench ने कर्मचारियों के हित में बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है जो कि उनकी ग्रेच्युटी से जुड़ा है ....दरअसल High Court की ग्वालियर खंडपीठ ने कर्मचारी हित में अहम फैसला सुनाते हुए साफ किया है कि सिर्फ बर्खास्तगी के आधार पर किसी कर्मचारी की ग्रेच्युटी नहीं रोकी जा सकती।.... कोर्ट ने कहा कि ग्रेच्युटी कोई खैरात नहीं, बल्कि कर्मचारी की लंबी सेवा के बदले अर्जित संपत्ति है।
