जबलपुर हाईकोर्ट ने ESB के शिक्षक भर्ती वर्ग 2 के रिजल्ट पर कहा कि अगर उम्मीदवार एक बार आरक्षण का फायदा ले चुका है तो वो कैटेगरी नहीं बदल सकता। MPPSC 2025 की परीक्षा में इसी नियम को चुनौती दी गई है।
