छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट ने नर्सिंग भर्ती में 100 फीसदी महिला आरक्षण को असंवैधानिक बताया था,लेकिन स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने भर्ती का रिवाइज नोटिफिकेशन 3 साल बाद भी जारी नहीं किया। हाईकोर्ट ने अब अवमानना नोटिस जारी किया है।
