राजस्थान के नागौर में एक ईवी कार का पीयूसी चालान काट दिया गया। कार का मालिक बार बार इसकी वजह पूछता रहा, लेकिन पुलिसवाले ने कहा कि उसका पीयूसी मशीन में निल दिखा रहा है, इसलिए चालान कटेगा।
