मध्यप्रदेश में दूसरे राज्य से शादी करके आईं महिलाओं के आरक्षण पर विवाद चल रहा है। हाईकोर्ट की इंदौर बेंच ने कुछ शर्तों के साथ याचिकाकर्ताओं को राहत दी, जबकि हाईकोर्ट की ग्वालियर बेंच ने एक केस के सिलसिले में साफ किया कि दूसरे राज्य की महिलाओं को मध्यप्रदेश में आरक्षण नहीं मिल सकता।
