मध्यप्रदेश विधानसभा में ऐसे मुद्दे पर विशेष सत्र होने वाला है. जिस मुद्दे पर चर्चा का कोई स्कोप नहीं बचा है उस पर सदन में 27 अप्रैल को चर्चा होगी. प्रदेश ही नहीं देश के सियासी इतिहास में ये संभवतः पहली बार होगा जब खत्म हो चुके मुद्दे पर विशेष सत्र आयोजित होगा. क्या ये नियमों के अनुसार सही है या गलत है. अगर सही है तो कांग्रेस इस राजनीतिक चक्रव्यूह से कैसे बाहर निकलेगी. और, अगर गलत है तो बीजेपी इसे कैसे जस्टिफाई करेगी. सदन की कार्यवाही से जुड़े नियम इस बारे में क्या कहते हैं. चलिए आज उसी पर चर्चा करते हैं.
