छत्तीसगढ़ की सरकारी इमारतों पर अब 1 अप्रैल से प्री पेड मीटर लगाना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। ये कदम इसलिए उठाया गया क्योंकि मुख्यमंत्री निवास से लेकर कई मंत्रियों के बंगलों का बिजली बिल बकाया होने की बात सामने आई है।
