प्रदेश के कर्मचारियों के लिए हाई कोर्ट से एक बड़ी खबर आई है... सरकारी अधिकारी कर्मचारी अब मनमर्जी से स्टडी लीव यानी शैक्षिक अवकाश नहीं ले पाएंगे... छत्तीसगढ़ के बिलासपुर हाई कोर्ट ने एक फैसले में कहा कि सरकारी कर्मचारियों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए स्टडी लीव लेने का अधिकार नहीं है... ये बात एंप्लॉयर यानी नौकरी देने वाले संस्थान पर डिपेंड करता है... कोर्ट ने ये फैसला मैथ्स के एक प्रोफेसर की याचिका की सुनवाई में दिया है...
Major news has emerged from the High Court for state government employees: government officers and staff will no longer be able to take study leave—or educational leave—at their own discretion. In a recent ruling, the Bilaspur High Court of Chhattisgarh stated that government employees do not possess an inherent right to avail study leave for the purpose of pursuing higher education. This matter, the Court observed, rests entirely at the discretion of the employer—that is, the employing institution. The Court delivered this verdict while hearing a petition filed by a professor of mathematics.
