Illegal wood seized in Narsinghpur

In Tendukheda of Narsinghpur, the flying squad of the Forest Department has taken major action against illegal timber traders. After the seizure of 69 illegal teak logs in Bilhara village on Thursday afternoon, the District Flying Squad also raided Tendukheda. The team seized 40 illegal logs from Sunil Vishwakamar Furniture Mart near Jamuniya forest area. The cost of which is estimated to be around Rs 50,000. Along with sealing the furniture mart (saw machine), the District Forest Divisional Officer has also canceled its license.
