मामला राजस्थान में बाड़मेर के लिग्नाइट पावर प्लांट को सप्लाई होने वाले लिग्नाइट और उससे बनने वाली बिजली की दरों का है...क्योंकि 12 साल से जिंदल ग्रुप तय नहीं कर पाया है कि बिजली की दरें क्या होंगी।

The matter is about the lignite supplied to the lignite power plant of Barmer in Rajasthan and the rates of electricity generated from it... because for the last 12 years Jindal Group has not been able to decide what the electricity rates will be.
