(MPPSC) की एक और भर्ती प्रक्रिया हाईकोर्ट के कटघरे में खड़ी हो गई है... दरअसल हम बात कर रहे हैं.....कुटीर एवं ग्रामोद्योग विभाग में सहायक संचालक (तकनीकी) के 11 पदों पर हुई भर्तियों की ....इस भर्ती को लेकर बड़े संवैधानिक सवाल उठ रहे है।.. बालाघाट निवासी नितिन कुमार मेश्राम ने इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया को चुनौती दी है, ...और अब यह मामला मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट में पहुंच चुका है.... और इस याचिका पर हाईकोर्ट ने गंभीर रुख अपनाते हुए पूरी Selection process को याचिका के Final decision के अधीन कर दिया है।....

We are talking about the recruitment for 11 posts of Assistant Director (Technical) in the Cottage and Village Industries Department... Major constitutional questions are being raised regarding this recruitment. Nitin Kumar Meshram, a resident of Balaghat, has challenged this recruitment process, and the matter has now reached the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The High Court has taken a serious view of the petition and has made the entire selection process subject to the final decision on the petition.
