मामला छत्तीसगढ़ के बिलासपुर जिले के रतनपुर की एक ग्राम पंचायत का है....जहां एक सरपंच पति राशन कार्ड बनवाने के बहाने....एक शख्स से 1 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत मांग रहा है...और कह रहा है कि चुनाव जीतने में उसने खूब पैसा खर्च किया है...इसलिए फ्री में काम नहीं होगा.....
