मामला रतलाम के धामनोद का है। जहां के वार्ड नंबर 12 में रहने वाले लोग पार्षदों के साथ नगर पंचायत कार्यालय पहुंचे। इन लोगों की शिकायत है कि इनके पास जीवन जीने के लिए मूलभूत सुविधाएं भी नहीं हैं। इसलिए ये लोग सीएमओ को ज्ञापन देना चाहते थे, लेकिन सीएमओ नहीं मिले।
