छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने लोक निर्माण विभाग यानी (PWD) में बड़ा प्रशासनिक फैसला लेते हुए 13 उप अभियंताओं Sub-engineers (सिविल) को सहायक अभियंता Assistant Engineer के पद पर पदोन्नत promoted करने की स्वीकृति दी है, यह promotion विभागीय क्षमता, कार्यकुशलता और Seniority के आधार पर किया गया है।
