छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ी राहत दी है और इसी के साथ द सूत्र की खबर पर सरकार की मुहर भी लग गई। हमने पांच नवंबर को खबर दिखाई थी कि साय सरकार बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को हाफ बिजली बिल का फायदा देगी, जिसकी पुष्टि खुद मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय ने विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र में की है।
