अतिथि विद्वानों को High Court ने दी बड़ी राहत | नए उम्मीदवारों के लिए बन सकते हैं नियम | MP NEWS

हाईकोर्ट ने विद्वानों के सिलेक्शन के लिए अक्टूबर 2023 को जारी सर्कुलर को लेकर बड़ा फैसला दे दिया है। .हाईकोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाते हुए साफ कहा है कि 5 अक्टूबर 2023 से पहले काम करने वाले अतिथि विद्वानों की मेरिट पुराने नियमों यानी 17 दिसंबर 2019 के सर्कुलर के मुताबिक ही तय की जाएगी इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने नई Selection Process में पुराना कैटेगरी सिस्टम दोबारा लागू करने के निर्देश भी दिए हैं।

The High Court has given a big decision regarding the circular issued on October 2023 for the selection of scholars. While giving the verdict, the High Court has clearly said that the merit of the guest scholars working before 5 October 2023 will be decided as per the old rules i.e. the circular of 17 December 2019.Along with this, the court has also given instructions to re-implement the old category system in the new selection process.
