मध्य प्रदेश के करीब 2 लाख दैनिक वेतन भोगियों को हाई कोर्ट ने बड़ी राहत दी है, कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि अब उन्हें पेंशन का लाभ मिलेगा,दरअसल जस्टिस विवेक जैन की सिंगल बेंच ने स्पष्ट किया कि जो कर्मचारी नियमित होने से पहले मासिक भुगतान पर दैनिक वेतनभोगी के रूप में काम कर चुके हैं, उनकी सेवा को पेंशन के लिए मान्य किया जाएगा।

The High Court has given a big relief to about 2 lakh daily wage earners of Madhya Pradesh, the court has ordered that now they will be given the benefit of pension, in fact the single bench of Justice Jain has clarified that the employees who are working as daily wage earners on monthly salary before being regularized, their service will be given the benefit of pension.
