मध्यप्रदेश सरकार ने कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते में अगले तीन सालों में 30 प्रतिशत तक वृद्धि का ऐलान किया है।"अभी प्रदेश के सरकारी कर्मचारियों को 55 प्रतिशत महंगाई भत्ता मिल रहा है। लेकिन सरकार के नए फैसले के तहत इस साल मार्च तक इसे 64 प्रतिशत तक पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य है।".
