मध्यप्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने साफ कहा है कि अगर किसी शिक्षक ने विभाग के नियमों को मानते हुए फैसला किया है, तो फिर वो उन्हीं नियमों को चुनौती नहीं दे सकता। मामला शिक्षकों की सीनियरटी और सैलरी से जुड़ा हुआ है।
