मध्य प्रदेश में करीब 6 साल से चले आ रहे हज़ारों कर्मचारियों से जुड़े एक बड़े कानूनी विवाद को हाईकोर्ट ने खत्म कर दिया... कोर्ट ने सरकार को आदेश दिए हैं कि अब कर्मचारियों को 70-80-90% नहीं, बल्कि 100% सैलरी दी जाए... साथ ही इतने सालों के एरियर भी जारी करने के आदेश कोर्ट ने सरकार को दिए हैं... यानी कोर्ट ने प्रोबेशन पीरियड के दौरान सैलरी में की गई कटौती को अवैध करार दे दिया है... जिससे हज़ारों कर्मचारियों को बड़ी राहत मिली है...

The High Court in Madhya Pradesh has resolved a major legal dispute involving thousands of employees that had been ongoing for nearly six years. The court has ordered the government to pay the employees 100% of their salaries, instead of the 70-80-90% they were previously receiving. The court has also ordered the government to release the arrears accumulated over these years. In essence, the court has declared the salary cuts during the probation period illegal, providing significant relief to thousands of employees.
