सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली एनसीआर से आवारा कुत्तों को शेल्टर होम भेजने के निर्देश दिए हैं। लेकिन कोर्ट के इस आदेश से भोपाल के डॉग लवर भी नाराज हैं।
