26 killed in tractor-trolley overturning

26 people died in a tractor-trolley accident in Kanpur on Saturday night. Of these, 13 are women and 13 are children. The tractor-trolley had fallen into the pond, 45 people were in it. These people were returning to Kanpur from Unnao Chandrika Devi temple after mundan rites. All were residents of Kortha village.
