🔴News Strike: कोटे में कोटा के प्रावधान से किस राज्य की किस जाति को मिलेगा फायदा, किसे होगा नुकसान ?

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सात जजों की बैंच ने 20 साल पुराने अपने ही फैसले को पलट दिया है. शीर्ष अदालत ने अब कोटे में कोटे को मंजूरी दे दी है. कोटे में कोटे का मतलब क्या हुआ ये पहले आसान भाषा में समझ लीजिए. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के नए फैसले के बाद अब राज्य सरकारें एससी की उन जातियों को चिन्हित कर सकती हैं जो सामाजिक और शिक्षा के आधार पर दूसरी एससी जातियों से ज्यादा पिछड़ी हुई हैं।
