मप्र में क्यों अटका OBC का 27 % आरक्षण

मध्य प्रदेश में ओबीसी को सरकारी नौकरियों में 14% की जगह 27% आरक्षण देने की लड़ाई पिछले 6 सालों से जारी है। 2019 में कांग्रेस सरकार ने अध्यादेश लाकर 27% आरक्षण लागू किया, लेकिन हाईकोर्ट ने इस पर रोक लगा दी। इसके बाद 70 से ज्यादा याचिकाएं सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ट्रांसफर हुईं, जिससे भर्ती प्रक्रिया में हजारों पदों के रिजल्ट होल्ड हो गए। सरकार ने 87:13 का फॉर्मूला अपनाया, जिसमें 13% पदों पर रिजल्ट रोक दिए गए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 25 जून 2025 को सुनवाई के दौरान पूछा कि इंद्रा साहनी केस का क्या असर है। इंद्रा साहनी जजमेंट (1992) ने आरक्षण की सीमा 50% तय की थी और क्रीमी लेयर की अवधारणा दी थी। तमिलनाडु, बिहार, महाराष्ट्र जैसे राज्यों में 50% से ज्यादा आरक्षण की कोशिशें कोर्ट ने रोक दीं। मप्र में ओबीसी आबादी 51% है, लेकिन सरकारी नौकरियों में उनका प्रतिनिधित्व सिर्फ 13.66% है। कोर्ट का अंतिम फैसला अब भी लंबित है, जिससे लाखों युवाओं का भविष्य अटका है

The fight for raising OBC reservation in Madhya Pradesh government jobs from 14% to 27% has been ongoing for the last six years. On June 25, 2025, the Supreme Court asked about the impact of the Indra Sawhney case. The Indra Sawhney judgment (1992) set a 50% cap on reservations and introduced the creamy layer concept. Attempts by states like Tamil Nadu, Bihar, and Maharashtra to exceed the 50% cap were stopped by the courts. In MP, OBCs constitute 51% of the population but have only 13.66% representation in government jobs. The final court decision is still awaited, leaving the future of lakhs of youth uncertain1234.
