Former MP CM Digvijay Singh is out of the race for the post of Congress President. He was refused to contest the elections only on 30 September. Digvijay had said that he would become the proponent of Mallikarjun Kharge. After this, on October 1, he has tweeted a couplet of Rahim Das.
