मध्य प्रदेश में प्रमोशन में आरक्षण के नियम 2025 को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर गुरुवार, 13 नवंबर को जबलपुर हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई, चीफ जस्टिस संजीव सचदेवा और जस्टिस विनय सराफ की डिवीजन बेंच ने केस सुना, याचिकाकर्ताओं ने अदालत में कहा कि राज्य सरकार का यह नियम संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14 और 16(1) का उल्लंघन करता है।
