छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने एक नई व्यवस्था लागू की है ताकि दिव्यांगों का हक से सुरक्षित रहे, , सरकार के नए आदेश के मुताबिक अब नौकरी पत्र सौंपने से पहले दिव्यांगों का फिर से मेडिकल किया जाएगा, इसके लिए अलग से मेडिकल बोर्ड बनाने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं
