Follow Usमध्यप्रदेश की पूर्व कमलनाथ सरकार द्वारा ओबीसी वर्ग को दिए गए 27% आरक्षण के संवेदनशील मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लगातार 'तारीख पर तारीख' मिलने का सिलसिला जारी है। एक बार फिर इस बहुचर्चित केस की सुनवाई आज टल गई है और कोर्ट ने एक नई तारीख दे दी है। इस बार सुनवाई टलने का कारण यह है कि मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने एक बार फिर कोर्ट से सुनवाई के लिए समय मांग लिया।
सरकार द्वारा समय मांगे जाने के बाद इस मामले की सुनवाई अब सीधे बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव की वोटिंग तक के लिए टाल दी गई है। इस टालमटोल के कारण यह मामला अब पूरी तरह से राजनीतिक रंग ले चुका है। ओबीसी आरक्षण पर अंतिम फैसला न आने से राज्य में भर्ती और चुनावी प्रक्रियाएं प्रभावित हो रही हैं, जिससे ओबीसी वर्ग में अनिश्चितता और असंतोष का माहौल गहरा रहा है।
