क्या आरक्षण का मकसद विवाह संबंध बनाना है ? असल में आरक्षण को विवाह से जोड़ना या इसके उलट विवाह को आरक्षण से जो़डना, आरक्षण के उद्देश्य और साधन दोनों को ही गलत समझना है। आरक्षण एक संवैधानिक-सामाजिक सुधार की नीति है जिसे-सामाजिक न्याय,समानता और ऐतिहासिक अन्याय के सुधार के आधार पर तय होना चाहिए न कि कौन, किससे विवाह करेगा इस आधार पर।

Isn't marriage a matter of personal freedom? Is the purpose of reservation to create marriage relations? In fact, linking reservation with marriage or vice versa, linking marriage with reservation is to misunderstand both the purpose and means of reservation. Reservation is a constitutional-social reform policy.Which should be decided on the basis of social justice, equality and correction of historical injustice and not on the basis of who will marry whom.
