सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ओबीसी आरक्षण से जुड़े एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण केस की सुनवाई एक बार फिर टल गई है। इस बार भी राज्य सरकार ने कोर्ट से समय की मांग की, जिसके बाद शीर्ष अदालत ने मामले की सुनवाई को नवंबर के पहले हफ्ते तक के लिए टाल दिया है। इस लगातार टल रही सुनवाई को लेकर अब यह गंभीर सवाल उठ रहा है कि क्या इस मामले को जानबूझकर बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के चलते टाल दिया गया है। द सूत्र अपनी पड़ताल में इस पर बड़ी सियासत होने का दावा कर रहा है।
ओबीसी आरक्षण से जुड़े इस विवाद का सीधा असर प्रदेश की भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं पर पड़ रहा है। वर्तमान में 50 से भी ज्यादा भर्ती परीक्षाएं प्रभावित हैं, जिनके तहत 10 हजार से अधिक सरकारी पद होल्ड पर रखे गए हैं। इस अनिश्चितता के चलते करीब दो लाख से ज्यादा उम्मीदवार अपने भविष्य को लेकर गहरी मुसीबत और मानसिक तनाव में हैं, क्योंकि आरक्षण पर अंतिम फैसला आने तक उनकी नियुक्तियाँ अटकी रहेंगी।
