🔴ECI प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस Live : बिहार चुनाव की तारीखों का हुआ ऐलान | Bihar Election Date Announcement

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI) ने एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित कर बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के पूरे कार्यक्रम की घोषणा कर दी है, जिसके साथ ही राज्य में चुनावी सरगर्मी तेज हो गई है। मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार ने बताया कि 243 सदस्यीय बिहार विधानसभा के लिए इस बार मतदान दो चरणों में संपन्न कराया जाएगा। पहले चरण का मतदान 6 नवंबर को होगा, जिसमें 121 सीटों पर वोट डाले जाएंगे। वहीं, दूसरे चरण का मतदान 11 नवंबर को होगा, जिसमें शेष 122 सीटों पर मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करेंगे। आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया कि छठ महापर्व के महत्व को ध्यान में रखते हुए ही मतदान की तारीखें निर्धारित की गई हैं।

चुनाव आयोग की इस घोषणा के साथ ही पूरे बिहार में आदर्श आचार संहिता (Model Code of Conduct) तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू हो गई है। मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने यह भी जानकारी दी कि वोटों की गिनती यानी चुनाव के नतीजे 14 नवंबर को घोषित किए जाएंगे और पूरी चुनावी प्रक्रिया 16 नवंबर तक समाप्त कर ली जाएगी। इस चुनाव में 7.42 करोड़ से अधिक मतदाता अपने प्रतिनिधियों का चुनाव करेंगे। ECI ने शांतिपूर्ण, निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 17 नए पहल करने की भी घोषणा की है, जिसमें मतदान केंद्रों पर 100% वेबकास्टिंग और फेक न्यूज़ पर प्रभावी ढंग से नियंत्रण करना शामिल है।
